- Steam it about 20-25 minutes,check with a tooth pick, if it comes out clean then it's perfectly done, let it cool down, keep it in the refrigerator at least for 30 minutes, loosen the edges with the help of knife and de mould it
- Now to prepare caramel cage grease a small cup put it upside down, & keep it ready,now take heavy bottomed pan add in sugar and let it melt and get caramelized, swirl the pan, when it turns little darker in colour take out from the flame and with the help of spoon drizzle caramelized sugar in zig zag manner on the cup, wait for 2minutes, remove the cage carefully from the cup place it on top of the caramel custard.voila! your delicious beautiful dessert creme caramel is ready to win the hearts
