Description Blended mixture of green and red peppers and chillies fried in palm oil and 'iru' (fermented melon seeds). Garnished generously with bite size chunks of beef, cow foot, kpomo and tripe. Works very well with white / ofada rice, Yam porridge. Blend your pepper and onion together.

Steps to make Fried beef/kpomo:
  1. Wash beef and Kpomo, add seasoning cubes and salt, add curry and thyme, add sliced onions, mix together with a wooden spoon. Add little water, cover and allow to boil until well cooked and soft.
  2. Put vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the beef and Kpomo in the hot vegetable oil. Your fried beef and Kpomo is ready…you can slightly rub fried pepper on it. Enjoy!

Works very well with white / ofada rice, Yam porridge. Blend your pepper and onion together. Thoroughly wash goat meat, beef, kpomo and shaki with tap water. Try our seasoned fried chicken on top of buttermilk waffles.
