In bowl, beat the eggs - place flour on a plate, & breadcrumbs on another plate.

  1. Beat the two eggs and lay out breadcrumbs
  2. Cook rice in boiling water for 8-15 min
  3. Dip steak in eggs than breading than cook on both sides on med heat for 2-5 min on each side
  4. Plate and enjoy

Place in the refrigerator & allow to marinate overnight. In bowl, beat the eggs - place flour on a plate, & breadcrumbs on another plate. Add in the steaks, and pour the marinade and onions on top of the steaks (cook in one even layer - you may need to cook in batches). Add in a little bit of water. Uncover, turn the steaks over and finish cooking (a little bit of charring on the steaks is a good thing).
