We have to get back to where it was a lot better to avoid disease in the first place. Too many individuals have the attitude of destryong the body today, and heal it with a pill later on. We’re barraged with adverts for magic pills that are supposed to fix any problem right away. Yes, you may get better by taking a pill but not if you hold on to the same old unhealthy habits. When your body wears out, you cannot exchange it for a new one, like your car. You need to look after your health while you can. Proper nutrition is important for your body to work at top levels.
