  8. Pour the eggs onto the vegetables, then let it cook on low heat for 7 -10 minutes.
  9. Remove from the stove, the eggs on the surface should still be runny. Add the cheese on top, and put under the grill to melt the cheese and continue to cook the eggs for 3 - 5 minutes.
  10. Perfect with fresh bread on a weekend morning, enjoy!
