Instructions to make Afgani Omlette:
  1. Chopped all the vegetables.
  2. In a pan put oil and add chopped onions, beans and potatoes and sprinkle salt on them, then let it cooked for 10 to 15 minutes in medium flame. Then add chopped tomatoes and cooked for 5 minutes then add chopped coriander.
  3. Now reduced the flame to low, then break all the egg on top of cooked vegetables. Cover the pan with lids and cooked for 15 minutes. Afgani omlet ready, sprinkle pepper powder and serve with roti or have alone.
