- In a pan add oil.Heat it.
- Then add in chopped onion and garlic.Cook until translucent.
- Then add in tomato.Cook it for 2 to 3 mins until soft.
- Then add in the tomato paste.Then add in all the seasonings.And green chilli.Cook until it release its oil.
- Then take boiled egg.Then grate it using a grater.
- Then add the grated egg into the masala.Mix well… Egg masala is ready……
- Then crack 1 egg in a bowl.Add in a little bit of salt and pepper.Mix well.
- Then heat oil in a pan.Then add in the egg mixture.Spread it evenly and cook from both sides.
- Then take the egg masala and put it in to the half side on the omlete.Spread it evenly.
- Then flip the half side of the omlete into it.
