Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Add the beaten egg and cook for a few minutes checking with a spatula to see when the bottom of the egg is done. Then add the cooked masala vegetables in the centre of the omelette. Fold the omelette into half and serve hot with a whole wheat toast.

  1. In a pan add oil.Heat it.
  2. Then add in chopped onion and garlic.Cook until translucent.
  3. Then add in tomato.Cook it for 2 to 3 mins until soft.
  4. Then add in the tomato paste.Then add in all the seasonings.And green chilli.Cook until it release its oil.
  5. Then take boiled egg.Then grate it using a grater.
  6. Then add the grated egg into the masala.Mix well… Egg masala is ready……
  7. Then crack 1 egg in a bowl.Add in a little bit of salt and pepper.Mix well.
  8. Then heat oil in a pan.Then add in the egg mixture.Spread it evenly and cook from both sides.
  9. Then take the egg masala and put it in to the half side on the omlete.Spread it evenly.
  10. Then flip the half side of the omlete into it.
