- Get 1 Pack Knorr Hollandaise Sauce (does about 8 benedict per pack)

Steps to make Eggs Benedict:
- Take a frying pan for cooking bacon and preheat it over medium heat.
- Take a medium sized pot, fill it 3/4 of water and then salt the water. Heat this over medium heat (should be very slightly bubbling, but not boiling)
- In a 3rd pan, Preheat over medium heat. This will be for the Hollandaise.
- Next, prepare your fix ins for easy assembly. Cut your English Muffins in half (each half does 1 Benedict). Cut the desired amount you'd like and place them in the toaster.
- Cut your green onion into small bits for sprinkling. Set out your pepper and dried Basil as well for sprinkling.
- Premeasure 1 cup of milk and set aside. Also set out mayonnaise with knife
- Finally create an English muffin-sized bed of spinach. We remove the stems, but you can do what you prefer.
- Now, cook your bacon (1 Strip per Benedict). When they finish cooking, set onto a paper towel and cover with another piece of paper towel. This will let the grease drain and help hold in the heat.
- Begin toasting your English Muffins. When they finish toasting, set them out and put a layer of mayonnaise.
- In your smaller pot, add your butter and let it melt. Once it's melted, add your pack of Hollandaise and mix well.
- Add 1 cup of milk to the butter mixture, remove from heat and mix well for 1 minute. Return to heat and bring to a boil. Once you hit a boil, lower the heat and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes. Mix occasionally to prevent it from burning at the bottom or the pan.
- Next, take a slotted spoon and stir the water to create a whirlpool. Crack and drop your egg (I do 2, but start with one until you're comfortable), into the center of that whirlpool and let it cook for about 1 minute and 20 seconds. You may need to adjust the time to ensure your yolk doesn't overcook adm your whites cook all the way through.
- Next, assemble your Benedict. Place the Spinach onto an English muffin half. Next split a bacon strip in half and set it on top.
- Using your slotted spoon, move the egg to the top and dab the water off with a papertowel.
- Using a spoon, poor 1-2 spoonfuls of Hollandaise on top and Sprinkle a bit of dired Basil and pepper.
- Finish by topping it with chopped green onion and serve immediately.
