- Get 1 Tbsp ginger & garlic paste

- Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Take 1 Tbsp coriander powder
- Make ready 6-7 curry leaves
- Get 2-3 green chilli
- Prepare handful fresh coriander
- Take 1/2 cup oil
- Prepare 1 tsp garam masala powder
Great tips for lightening it up also included. Method: Firstly add the meatballs ingredients in a grinder and make small meatballs out of it. Then heat the oil in a pan and add grinded onion, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander and yogurt to roast. Then add ½ cup of water, cover the pan and cook it.
Steps to make MASALA KOFTE (Masala Meatballs):
- 🌻To Make Kofta: - dry roast cumin seeds, sesame seeds, button red chilli, peanuts, then grind them ta a powder. - in a chopper add onion, mince, ginger & garlic paste, grinned powder mixture, blend till combined.
- Transfer the mince mixture in a bowl add egg mix well, wet your palms with oil or water and make balls, keep aside. - Heat 2 tbsp oil in nonstick pan and fry meatballs till nice golden brown all sides. Take them out in plate cover and set aside.
- 🌻To Make Masala: - Heat oil add curry leaves, grinned onions, ginger & garlic paste and fry till golden on Hight to medium flame. - - Then salt, lemon juice, coriander powder, red chilli powder, yogurt mix well, cook on high flame till the oil comes on surface.
- Then add water 1 glass, wait for a boil on high flame and then add the koftas, cover and cook on low flame till the water dries and koftas cooked. - - Add coriander leaves, green chilli, garam masala powder, mix well serve with steamed rice, roti or naan.
Then heat the oil in a pan and add grinded onion, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander and yogurt to roast. Then add ½ cup of water, cover the pan and cook it. Stir once or twice in between. You can add a few splashes of water to prevent the masala from sticking to the bottom. Slide in the meatballs one by one, taking care not to overcrowd the vessel.
