The ingredients needed to make Meatballs:
  1. Take 1/2 kg minced meat
  2. Prepare 1 medium onion'finely chopped
  3. Make ready 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  4. Prepare 1 egg
  5. Get salt and pepper
  6. Take 1 bunch dhania, finely chopped
  7. Make ready oil, for frying
  8. Get 1 onion finely diced
  9. Make ready 2 tomatoes roughly chopped
  10. Get 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  11. Get 1 cup water

We like more of a crunchy, dry meatball so these are baked in the oven without sauce but they can be simmered on the stovetop in marinara sauce, as well. In a large bowl, combine eggs, water, onion, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic and seasonings; mix well. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. I prefer meatballs slightly larger than a golf ball.

Instructions to make Meatballs:
  1. Mix the minced meat, onion, ginger-garlic paste, egg salt, pepper and the dhania. Allow to rest for 10 minutes
  2. Mould balls out of the mixture
  3. In a saucepan, heat the oil to medium.
  4. Dip the balls carefully and let them cook
  5. In another saucepan, brown onions and add a little ginger garlic paste. Add in some roughly chopped tomatoes and let them soften. Put in a tsp of tomato paste. and 1 cup of water and let simmer
  6. Dupp the balls in the simmering paste and leave for 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with the dhania leaves.

Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. I prefer meatballs slightly larger than a golf ball. Coat a large saute pan with olive oil and bring to a medium-high heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides. Place them on a cookie sheet and bake.
