The ingredients needed to make Meatballs:
  1. Get 1 kg Minced Meat
  2. Get 1/2 kg Gram Flour/Grabanzo Bean Flour/Chickpea Flour
  3. Prepare 1 egg
  4. Take 5 Green Chilli
  5. Prepare 2 Medium Onions
  6. Take 1/2 bunch Coriander leaves
  7. Take 1 vegetable oil
  8. Get Spices
  9. Prepare salt
  10. Make ready Red Chilli Powder
  11. Take 1 tbsp Dry Corriander Seads (Optional)
  12. Take 1 tsp turmeric

We like more of a crunchy, dry meatball so these are baked in the oven without sauce but they can be simmered on the stovetop in marinara sauce, as well. In a large bowl, combine eggs, water, onion, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic and seasonings; mix well. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. I prefer meatballs slightly larger than a golf ball.

Steps to make Meatballs:
    1. Wash Minced meat and drain water out
  1. Place minced meat in a large mixing bowl. Add gram flour to it and knead the meat. You can use a food processor to mix the meat with flour thoroughly.
  2. After the meat+flour mixture is done, take out in your mixer bowl
  3. Now add one egg, and all the spices. Again mix and knead
  4. Chop the onion, green chilies and coriander separately
  5. Add the chopped onion, chilli and fresh coriander mix to the meat and use the food processor to mix the meat and the vegetable mix thoroughly
  6. Now use the finaly mixed mince mix to make small meatballs. Keep them small so that they can be cooked thoroughly
  7. Take a deep wok. Put in enough oil for deep frying
  8. On a low to medium flame, put your meatballs in the warmed up oil and fry for 10 to 15 minutes. Keep the flame in check so that meatballs don't get brown too quickly
  9. On browning, your meatballs are ready.Dish out. Serve with ketchup or BBQ Sauce as a dip
  10. Serve hot!!

Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. I prefer meatballs slightly larger than a golf ball. Coat a large saute pan with olive oil and bring to a medium-high heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides. Place them on a cookie sheet and bake.
