  2. Now, mix in the grated onion and egg to the mince mixture and form meatballs
  3. In an oven proof dish arrange the meatballs ready to grill
  4. Lightly brush the meatballs with the vegetable oil and grill in a preheated oven at 180 degrees (Celsius) for 15 minutes, then flip and grill for another 15 minutes.
  5. Once meatballs are grilled and cooked through, remove from heat and allow to rest before serving. Serve warm with the sour cream mint sauce (see recipe in my recipe list)
