  1. First steam the fresh piece till they are cooked completely, you can still coom them in a steamer for pressure cook, if cooking in a pressure cooker then cook it up to 10 code for two whistles. You can also use frozen peas. Then take a blender add chopped tomatoes, coriander leaves cashew nuts, cream without adding any water grind to a fine paste.
  2. Heat oil in a pan lower the flame and then add the whole garam masala, bay leaf, cloves, green cardamoms, cinnamon for some seconds till the spices become fragrant. Now add the tomato paste and stir the paste well. The mixture splutters a lot while sorting so cover the pan with the lid. After cooked then add the cooked green peas season with salt, lemon juice, coriander and mix everything very well and then serve.
