- Peel, wash and cut into pieces arvi.
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the arvi till it become light golden brown keep aside.

- Now add dry spices turmeric, coriander, red chilli powder and salt,chat masala cook the masala for 2 minute.
- Now add Ravi. And add water. Cook for 10 minutes.
