Sprinkle all the spices- turmeric powder, chilli powder, sambhar powder and salt.

  1. For masala dry roast all ingredients and cool down and grind coarsely.
  2. Cut banana take a pan add oil, cumin seeds, asafoetida, green chilli and curry leaves now add turmeric and salt and add banana and cook for 4 to 5 minutes after that add prepared masala, dhaniya powder and mix well and turn off the flame and garnish with coriander. Serve with roti or paratha.

Likewise, do not forget the curry leaves as more than half the flavour and aroma of the Raw Banana Subzi comes from it. Sprinkle all the spices- turmeric powder, chilli powder, sambhar powder and salt. Remember to go easy on the chilli powder or omit it completely if the sambhar powder is spicy in the first place. Peel the raw bananas with the help of a peeler or knife. Keep all the ingredients ready for the recipe.
