  1. Wash & soak moth in water for 24 hours to allow it to sprout.
  2. When it is ready heat oil in a cooker add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chillies, curry leaves, asafoetida & turmeric powder. Stir it for a few seconds.
  3. Then add water & salt. Allow it to cook for 4 whistles.
  4. Open the cooker once it cools open it & add red chilli, coriander powder & lemon. Your healthy, nutritious moth is ready. Serve hot.
  5. If you wish to add chopped tomato, onion & green coriander.
