  1. सोयाबीन धोकर नमक डालकर उबाल लें ।
  2. फिर से धोकर तेल में फ्राई करके ठंडा होने के लिए रख दें।
  3. टिंडे छीलकर धोकर बिच से चिरा लगाकर उसमें नमक स्वाद अनुसार,हल्दी पाउडर, धनिया पाउडर, बेसन, कार्नप्लोवर डालकर फ्रिज में आधे घंटे के लिए रख दें।
  4. आधे घंटे बाद टिंडा को एक चम्मच तेल में हल्का ब्राउन कर दें और फिर निकालकर रख दें।
  5. प्याज लहसुन में दो चम्मच दही डालकर मिक्सर में पीस लें। - टमाटर की पेस्ट बना दें ।
  6. कुकर में ४ चम्मच तेल गर्म करके जीरा डाल देंगे और फिर उसमे ऊपर बनाई हुई प्याज की पेस्ट डाल देंगे।
  7. पेस्ट के तेल छोड़ने पर इसमें टमाटर की प्यूरी डालकर मध्यम आंच पर रख देंगे, लगभग १०मिनट में नमक स्वादानुसार, हल्दी, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, धनिया पाउडर, दालचीनी पाउडर डालकर कसुरी मेथी, सोयाबीन, आलू डालकर १ १/२कप पानी डालकर दो सिटी लगाकर गेस बंद कर देंगे।
  8. कुकर का प्रेशर निकलने पर टिंडे और गरम मसाला भी डालकर धीमी आंच पर १०- १५ मिनट के लिए रख देंगे और गेस बंद कर देंगे।
  9. तयार सब्जी के उपर हरी मिर्च और गरम मसाला डालकर रोटी या चावल के साथ सर्व करें। - जय श्री माताजी।
