- Boil gatta in water or deep fry them
- Mix the lahsun masala in dahi
- In a kadhai heat oil and add the dahi mixture and cook on low flame for 4-5 mins
- Now add gatta and water (in which gatta is boiled) and bring it to a boil amd simmer for 5-10 mins and serve hot with bajra roti or normal roti
