- Turn on the gas place a kadhai and add there Oil then Zeera, red mirch, onion, tomato,when it get little tender then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and then all chopped vegetables and fry it in medium flame then slow the flame and cook it for 5 mins and also cover the lid of the kadhai and again check it then add little drops of water to it and cook it for another 10 mins in slow flame. Then add garam masala to it and saute it for 2 mins then check weather it's done or not.
- Cook it for few more mins.
- Then it's done serve it with rice, chapati or Parantha.
