Turai Ki Sabzi is a North Indian recipe for stir-fried Chinese okra. By itself, turai or Chinese okra is fairly neutral tasting and considered pretty boring by most people.

Steps to make Turai ki Sabji:
- Wash the turai well and dry them
- Peel the taroi and cut it into round thin shapes.
- Put oil in the pan and heat it
- Allow the celery to crack in the oil.and add green chilli and fry
- Add the taroi and salt, mix well and keep it covered for 10 minutes to cook.
- Now open it and check that our taroi is cooked.
- Now take out the turai in a vessel, it is ready to eat and can be enjoyed now.
