  2. Make ready 3 Green chilli chopped

Steps to make Turai ki Sabji:
  1. Wash the turai well and dry them
  2. Peel the taroi and cut it into round thin shapes.
  3. Put oil in the pan and heat it
  4. Allow the celery to crack in the oil.and add green chilli and fry
  5. Add the taroi and salt, mix well and keep it covered for 10 minutes to cook.
  6. Now open it and check that our taroi is cooked.
  7. Now take out the turai in a vessel, it is ready to eat and can be enjoyed now.

Traditionally ridge gourd curry uses onion, tomato and green chilly. Today I am using red chilly powder,garam masala and peanuts.
