- Now add curd or dahi mix Well and again cover for 5min, our masala is completely fry now add fried egg and potato mix all together, lastly add Ghee, kashmir chilli Powder and kasuri methi, cover it for 2min
- Now add 2glass of water or as required, let it boil for 10 min in medium flam, when oil seprate off the flame and serve with chapati or rice
