Steps to make Arbi ki sabji:
  1. Peel off the arbi and wash it & then dry it.
  2. Cut the dry arbi in long peices.
  3. Take a wok and add oil & heat it. Now put cut arbi and fry it.
  4. In another wok add oil and heat it.put in cumin seeds, onions and tomatoes in it and saute it.
  5. Add all species like salt, turmeric, red chilli powder in it and mix well.
  6. Now cook it for 2 to 3 min.
  7. Add fried arbi in it and cook for 3 min untill it become soft.
  8. Arbi vegetable is ready for serve.
