  1. Take a pan on low flame add oil, mustard seeds. Get crackled. Add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, black pepper, cloves. Let crackle all
  2. Add Turmeric Powder, chopped mangoes.
  3. Add water(1 glass) close the lid and let get mangoes cooked.
  4. Now open the lid and add salt, red chilli powder, coriander cumin powder,
  5. Along with sugar. Mix it and cook for 5 mins more and sabji is done. Enjoy with Paratha

Aam ki Launji a delicious sweet and spicy side dish or relish made with raw green mangoes. Just like mango pickle this mango relish is perfect accompaniment to any Indian meal. It's officially mango season in India and we are having our fill of juicy mangoes in all varieties. Once the oil is hot, add heeng, sarson, zeera, methi, kalonjig and saunf and let them crackle for a few seconds. Add raw mangoes and green chilli and cook for a minute.
