- Now check whether they have become soft or not. And then remove them from oil. Add cumin, mustard, fenugreek seeds in oil and saute for a while.
- Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a while. Add potatoes and capsicum pieces.
- Add all the powdered masalas and mix well. Add Maggi masala and some water. Cook on law flame for 5 minutes and the sabji is ready. Garnish with Coriander leaves and serve hot.
