  4. Lower temp and add sauce, cook for a couple of minutes stirring well.
  5. Throw in noodles, sprouts,mint, spring onions and toasted peanuts- (set aside some onion and mint to garnish)mix well and heat through.
  6. Serve with a slice of lemon- garnish with some mint, spring onion and if you're really brave, some sliced chilli. Yuuuuum!! Serves around 4. Really really good- Enjoy!
