  1. Soak the urud daal for six hours and grind it to coarse texture without adding water.
  2. Add rice powder and pepper along with salt to the mixture and keep it for 15 min
  3. Take a pan and pour oil for deep frying.make small vadas and fry till golden brown.
  4. Cut the ginger, green chillies and coriander leaves.add this to the curd and mix well along with 2 tsp sugar
  5. Soak the vadas in curd mix for 30 min
  6. Take a small pan and pour some oil.once oil is hot add mustard seeds and chillies along with curry leaves and pour the tadka to the dahi vada mix.
  7. Serve chilled
