To get started with this recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can have caramel laddoo using 5 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Caramel Laddoo:
  1. Take 250 grms Khoya
  2. Take 1 tbsp Ghee
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp Caramel syrup
  4. Take 1 tsp Cardamom powder
  5. Take 1 tbsp Fine sugar

Add desiccated coconut, cardamom powder and vanilla extract. Mix them thoroughly and shape them into small ladoos (balls). Once again dunk them in dried coconut and serve. Prepared with semolina, almond flour and sweetened with caramel.

Instructions to make Caramel Laddoo:
  1. Fry the khoya in ghee till golden brown
  2. Add cardamom powder
  3. Add Caramel syrup and mix well
  4. When the ghee starts to leave the pan, close the stove and let it cool. Once cool take a small portion and roll into a laddoo. Apply some ghee on the palms before rolling
  5. Roll the laddoos in the sugar just to coat them
  6. Instant and yummy dessert is ready.They taste just like mathura ke pede
