- Seive 2 cups of flour, and add 1 teaspoon of baking powder and ¼ cup of milk powder.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients bit by bit to avoid clumps. Mix to get a dropping consistency, if too thick, add ¼ cup of milk. Allow to rest for 15 minutes.
- Rub a little bit of butter onto a non-stick frying pan, and using a laddle, pour the mixture into the pan and allow to fry on a low heat.
- Bubbles will start to appear on top of the pancake, then flip over to the other side when the bubbles have popped.
- Leave it for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Do thesame steps to the rest of the mixture until you are done.
- In a pot, add ⅓ cup of sugar, and ¼ cup of water.
- Stir and allow to boil until a bit thick (do not allow the sugar to burn) Add 1 cup of evaporated milk and continue to stir until a bit thick.
- Add ⅛ cup of butter, stir so as the butter to melt and quickly transfer into a clean bowl.
- Allow it to cool down for some minutes and drizzle on top of the pancakes.
