- In another non stick pan add sugar & cook it on low flame till it caramelised..
- Transfer caramelised sugar in prepared custard & stir it immediately & cook on medium flame for 2 min.. please be careful in handling caramel it's bhi hot.
- Let it cool for few minutes
- In dish spread crushed biscuits layer then add caramel custard & decorate it
- Keep it in fridge for 1 hr..
- Enjoy cold yummy caramel custard.
